Program Focus
The focus of innovations community mental health center is on patient empowerment,while having an overall focus on “rehabilitating” patients with chronic mental illness. Our dedicated staff offers and introduces a mental health day treatment program designed to return clients to their optimal level of daily functioning while preventing hospitalization.
Programs Offered
P.H.P
Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is offered 5 days a week. Clients that participate in our PHP programs continue to reside at home but commutes to the treatment center.
I.O.P
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is offered 3 days a week. Clients that participate in IOP programs continue to reside at home but commutes to the treatment center.
